Insurance Coverage

We provide generous health, dental, and vision insurance to all employees through Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) of Alabama. We also provide life and short-term disability coverage to all employees free of charge.

Retirement Plan

All employees participate in a defined pension plan. A percentage of each employee’s biweekly gross income, determined by years of employment and final income level, is set aside for retirement.

Education Assistance

We support the continuous development of our team by encouraging employees to enroll in accredited programs at universities, colleges, community colleges, and technical and trade schools. We also provide financial assistance to help pay for tuition.
